Explorer II blue parachrom hairspring?

Model : Explorer II
Model No.: 16570
Case diameter: 40mm
Date of purchase: Sep 2010
Serial No.: G 05xx3x
Movement: Caliber 3186 (hour hand take 8 jumps for 1 manual full wind)

Q1: Is this watch featuring blue parachrom hairspring? (Why I asking for help here in this forum, because I bought the watch to RSC for such confirmation, but there's no one can give me an solid answer, it's funny!)

Q2: What is the benefit of blue parachrom spring?

Thanks!

In the real world would doubt if you would find any real benefit no matter what they call the hairspring in any Rolex watch to today's average Rolex wearer.

3130 base without date, now some later models reported with parachrom.
3131 parachrom
3132 parachrom and paraflex shock system
3135 base with date like on 16610
3135 Subc parachrom
3136 parachrom and paraflex shock system
3155 base with date & day
3156 parachrom and paraflex shock system
3185 base with date and GMT function
3186 parachrom
3187 parachrom and paraflex shock system
4130 Chronograph Parachom started 2000 but then a more grey colour now parachrom bleu which is done by some chemical prosses to turn it blue
4160 parachrom.
9001 parachrom not sure if this has paraflex shock system too.

Q1.. If it is a G serial Exp II then it likely has the 3186 movement as Rolex discontinued the 3185 movements sometime during the M serial releases... All 3186 movements have a parachrom hairspring..

Q2.. There is no noticeable benefit from a Parachrom hairspring. It is simply Rolex in-house made and patented hairspring and name.. Previous to this Rolex used an equally non-magnetic and patented Nivarox FAR hairspring.. It is unlikely that you would notice any differenct in function..
