Not many Rolex tool watches around today most Rolex watches today get a very pampered life reading the thousands of posts on TRF.

You should probably be using a G-shock for that kind of activity.

Tool watch eh?
I did not look it up, but a tool implies something that assists in the function or activity. I suppose it's good to know the time while fishing, but then all watches are tool watches in that regard. Sorry to hijack the thread. It's a great looking picture and watch. Looks like you had a great day with your "sport watch"?

I originally bought a rolex about 40 years ago because it was much sturdier then other watches and would hold up under all kinds of use,its still my number 1 reason for buying a rolex.Ride my bicycle up to central park most weekends ,usually wind up having coffee with some old friends,I was wearing my 16610lv,one of the guys, was shocked ,kept asking me what if this what if that.I sort of laughed at him.

Great pic, did you eat the fish? A Rolex being used as a Rolex should be used, good show!

Glad to see the watch was just above water so it's safe from water damage.
