Re: Jarno Trulli LE

Hi Guys,

I am planning to trade in my AP ROO NOv FC which I have had for the past 6 months now for the Jarno Trulli LE. I really love the FC and have enjoyed wearing this day in and day out.
However, the urge to pick up something new has now arisen and I came across a mint Jarno Trulli at a local dealer... Would you consider this trade or should I save up and go in for a possible Red Gold or Schumacher later.

Appreciate your views.
Thanks,
Abner

If you are an F1 fan and with the JT also in FC i say get the LE. Later round out the theme collection by adding a Schumacher, and maybe a Buemi or a Barrichello!

I wouldn't trade FC for Trulli IMHO.

Keep FC and go try on Schumi and make sure you like it.

I know I'm finding it hard to let go of the FC as it has enjoyed so much wrist time and really love it... I did try on the Schumi and like it too but can afford to keep only one.... SThe thought of having an LE is something that really appeals to me right now :-)

Id keep my 44mm FC over the Trulli, and I am a fan of the Trulli, but I LOVE my 44mm FC.

Don't buy the JT just because it's a LE. That's not a wise move. If you love it then sure but not because there's any perceived collectibility. IMO I'd save for AP gold down the road.

Which Schumi did you try Ti? How did the weight feel on it vs FC?

Hi Paul,

I have only handled the Titanium Schumi when it was available at a dealer a couple of months ago... It was all wrapped up in plastic so could not try it on my wrist... Weight wise the FC is definitely lighter.. can't say how much exactly...

The 44 FC ROO is definitely lighter than the titanium Schumi, but not by much. They're both light in comparison to say a 42 ROO in steel. Both keepers.

I've tried on the JT, it does't have the same presence and feel of the FC (which I own). Keep FC, save up for Schumi.

Keep the FC and save for the RG Schumi, or just sell it if it helps you get there quicker but just get there!

As cool as I think the JT is - I would have a hard time parting with the 44FC

Holding out for a Schumi would be my plan...

I have to say I'm super excited to try on any Schumi - I really like the looks of the Ti

If you didn't own the FC I'd recommend the JT... I've tried in the Schumi and I wouldn't trade my JT for that TBH. At the end of the day it's your call.

ROO RG is a stunner (If you can find one), but I would go for Schumi Ti, hands down.

Missed this thread while travelling in Europe.

I.would get the Trulli. Awesome looking piece, only five hundred exist, and it is super light like a formula car!

I posted pics of my Trulli in an incoming thread if you are interested in searching for it.
