What is the little clip /tab on my Jubilee bracelet called?
The tiny stainless steel tab on one end of my bracelet has become detached from the clasp. I don't know what it is called, so I don't know how to go about asking how to fix it. The clasp wasn't clipping securely, so I gently adjusted the curve. Then it was TOO secure, and I think that's when the clip, taking the pressure, separated from the clasp. Don't know if the clip is broken short, or just opened up.
