Do you take off the stickers or ..
I never take off the stickers on my new watch, I'm talking about the same clear stickers that's on the band. I usually in time after washing my hands so many times let it fall on its own. I almost killed my brother for trying to peel one off years back lol. Am I the only one ? I once left the plastic on my cars navi for 3 yrs until I traded it lmao. Keeps it looking new

Always take mine off, it's somewhat "ceremonial" to me and makes it mine. Destickered is my term...

Hey at least you remove the price (I hope)!
I remove them after I am sure that I'm keeping the watch. |

so you pay a ton of greens to touch and feel plastic wrappers, keeps the watch or stuff spanking new and then sell it off to let someone else enjoy the new stainless steel or white gold or gold feel ? interesting.

That's was funny lol!! No after a few weekends they usually fall off on its on or it starts peeling off. It's not like its completely covered in stickers but once it looks old I peel it. I guess I'm just weird like that

No offense meant but for me ...
It comes off the moment I pay for it and put it on. I bought it so I can wear it and not to preserve it for the next guy. Also, I can never pass off a "stickered" Rolex for brand new knowing that I wore it already and the other guy won't believe me anyway to pay for it like brand new when he can just go to the AD and buy brand new. |

There was a case back sticker on my used SD. I immediately peeled it off and stuck it to the trash.

I usually remove most of them immediately after I bought it, while leaving the case back sticker intact.

My great Aunt used to have her furniture encased in plastic. She loved it. I remember visiting in the hot summers and having the back of my legs stick to the plastic. So whatever floats your boat, but these memories made me resist having things hermetically sealed as if they are too good for use. No stickers for me.

Different strokes for different folks. I have the AD take them off when they size the bracelet and wear them home stickerless.

If you wear a watch with stickers attached, day in day out (especially on the case back)... you're also creating a nice bacteria farm for your wrist. A win-win really.

I'm a peeler...
Also, if u really want to get technical it's probably bad practice to keep them on until they fall off. As the stickers start to work themselves off the edges will trap grime/dirt etc scratching the watch....? |

Take them off. Germs and bacteria get into those older stickers and the new plastic pieces look silly. Ask yourself, would James Bond wear plastic protectors on his Rolex?

Still had these pix from the last time someone started this thread...

So you guys who keep your stickers on.......do you do that with all the other goodies you buy...........computers, iphones, ipads, furniture, your car???? Its just plain weird and the watch must look ridiculous with peeling, dirty stickers on it........why would you do that unless your never intend on wearing the watch????? Just don't get it.

I just bought a BNIB 116710 from a reputable dealer via the classifieds forum here with all good reviews. However, the case back stick was clear. I thought that the case back sticker on new Rolexs was the hologram green. Did Rolex change this or is this something to be concerned about?
