Need help choosing a ROO...
Hello Everyone,
Im looking to purchase my first AP watch and I was wondering what the cheapest 42mm-44mm ROO would be. Over the years I have purchased a couple of Breitlings, but there seems to be something really desireable about AP watches. I've thought about a rolex, but I see every other person with one on. Can someone help? |

The cheapest ROO? Probably the SS Diver.

Diver if you don't want to get a older ROO with the need of service.

Diver.
I'd call it most affordable, not really a cheap watch! But beware, if you only buy it to get into AP you may end up flipping at a loss later to get what you really wanted.

ROO chrono used will be rubberclad or Navy or Volcano, but I would get the Diver great value and a whole lot of watch for the money, esp from a trusted dealer at a 20-30% discount.

Diver. Very versitile watch and I like it more than any of the other 42mm SS ROOs. I think of it as the submariner of the AP lineup...do anything and can be dressed up or down.

If I was going to spend the extra money on the panda over the diver...I would prob spend a little more and get the 44mm SS over the panda.
That's the problem with AP, when you get one you'll probably justify the purchase of a few more. |
