I have a quite small wrist as well..the watch wears OK but i think the deployant is the biggest problem..that together with a stiff hornback is no good combo. Looks very cool on rubber though! Might give it a try :)

I have a 6.5 in wrist. It is flat so I am able to wear a larger watch fairly comfortably. I have owned the Safari for about a year and a half and I love it. My wife keeps threatening to steal it too.
Anyways, earlier this year, I switched to the OEM Rubber strap. I moved my deployment buckle to the rubber strap and wore it like that. Recently, the deployment buckle broke! I was taking the watch off and the buckle broke right at the base of the AP. I've been meaning to post a pic of this. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Sorry for the thread jack. Anyways, I switched over to an AP Bands Tang Buckle and I have to say, I find it much more comfortable. If and when I go to replace my Deployment buckle, I think I will try to get my hands on a short version. Anyways, here are my pics. Here's one on the Brown Hornback:

Where did you get the blue rubber strap? That would look good on my Navy for the warmer months.

Thanks, I picked it up on an impulse thinking I'd flip it quickly, but decided to hang on to her for a while. I needed a sporty watch and the ROO fits the bill.

I've tried different straps and came to the conclusion that the original hornback looks the best and gives it a classy feel. The name "Safari" suits this watch perfectly.
