Swapping hands

I have an Polar Explorer II (216570). Now I really love the watch but I've seen a few pictures of me wearing it & it really is a lot bigger on me than I thought. But I really like the readability of it.

When I was first looking for a Rolex it was the Explorer I (214270) that I liked. It was the most comfortable watch I ever wore! And I love the way it flies under the radar. My problem was that I didn't like the bracelet at the time (they used a different bracelet at the time) & most especially my eyes are at that stage in life where I have a hard time reading up close & the size of the watch & the small size of the hands made it nearly impossible to read.

So I'm seriously thinking of swapping the hands (not the GMT) from the 216570 to a 214270. Does anyone know if they would fit as a swap?
