Rolex service center
When sending in a watch does anyone ever give thought to how busy they must be. I do not imagine a person taking great care in working on one single watch. I imagine them tossing caseback by the dozens in a bin with little lables stuck to them and servicing 30 subs at one time. What do you guys think? I know they cannot service 30 watches all at once but it seems to me they can for some parts and parts could get mixed around a bit? OR do people think it is a single person working on a single watch finish that job then do another one??????

They have trays for each watch. They're very careful about tracking parts. Only one watch tray per tech at a time.

One would like to think they are meticulous and organized to the hilt. I would like to believe that procedures and the actual working environment is as professional as they can manage, like the video that shows them carefully working in a beautiful place with awesome shiny equipment. That is how I used to feel about this Japanese Cuisine restaurant my wife and I used to frequent back in Texas, until it was discovered that they were hanging chickens out to dry on strings outside in the back of the restaurant in 100 degree heat with some chickens being cut in pieces on top of a 50 gallon drum.

Well if Rolex is hanging movements out to dry, I sure hope we don't get food poisoning

+1 When I went into the RSC Beverly Hills, I waited around to hear what they had to say about my watch. The lady came out from the back with a tray with sections lined with a soft material. It looked specifically made for the parts of the watch. It was interesting to see my watch in pieces. I was not worried about them mixing up the parts after that.
