Large Wrist
As I'm now wearing my Subc with all the links and the Glidelock let out, I thought to raise the question of the " large wrist " owner. I can rarely try on a watch at the AD that fits! Everything I see on TRF needs stretch to suit my needs. Forget about leather straps!! I'm only dealing with an 8.25 inch wrist. Am I alone in my troubles?

I have big feet so I can relate. Not huge, but big enough that no one ever has anything I like in my size.

Don't disagree with the YMII since that is a world class watch! The DSSD is just too big for my taste. Silly for me to have that level of diver in Pennsylvania as well!! HaHa.
Not that I need a Submariner for the lakes here , either |

Okay we need to have an official knuckle draggers club. I have to use the divers extension to get my Omega SMP over my XXLarge hand and 8" wrist. AD don't like me trying on their watches. They run away

Some are born to play the piano. Some , like me, are better suited to move that piano.

I use to be bigger yet still had a taste for high fashion. I though that was a problem. The real problem was when I lost weight and could wear whatever I wanted! Bank account meet soho boutiques. Also my wrist size is actually not as big as I had previously thought. Several links were removed! Not saying this is your situation, just saying I can relate to not being the size products cater to |

Very close to the right BMI. Just big hands , fingers ,feet etc. Wear a size 13.5 wedding ring. Wear size 8.5 surgical gloves. Always this way. Still not oblivious that plus size folks may require plus size adornments, however. Tom's observation is valid, and very politely worded, without a doubt. Frankly handled in a supremely classy manner. Kudos!!

In my early 20's I was scrubbed in for one of my first surgeries. The Chairman of Surgery at that university asked me to put my hand in the incision to palate the organs. When I balked at this he asked "why" indignantly! I replied that I couldn't get my hand into that tiny space. Laughter ensued and all suggested that I was better destined for orthopaedics! And never Gynecology!!
