Red stains on my wrist, please help!

I own a GMT on a NATO. I love my watch and really didn't wait a long time to buy it. But, sadly, it's leaving big red marks on my skin every time I wash my hands or even if it's humid outside.

I want to contact Rolex to complain, but I don't know what to do. Their big customer service centers are too far away from me.

I appreciate some help!

Thanks

C

Just saying.

This is eerie...2 odd mysterious stains in one day and completely unrelated.
