Gunny 74 Strap on a Pam 305

First off, I was inspired by Peter Gunny's own 305 on a 74 strap which is the first picture. And yes the stitching is crooked on purpose. Both of my straps are Gunny straps.

Thanks I'm trying not to go strap crazy, so for this watch I will only buy straps that I have seen paired with it, that appeal to me.

I find them very comfortable to wear, and I hope I don't become one of those "strap addicts" that you mentioned. But with 10 straps most 24/24 I think I'm either on my way or already there.

Man you are good! That is the Chocolate Fudge, I chose it because to me it was similar to the Mission Impossible strap that he offers.

Looking really sharp and the crooked stitching makes it really unique.

Thanks guys! even though we sometimes go over board with buying straps and end up with way to many, I still get joy out of hunting for that right strap.

I just tried a lighter color strap on my 305 and --wow-- the detail of the watch really popped --especially the markings of the bezel.

I was amazed to at how much a lighter strap brings out the details of the 305.
Post a pic and what strap is it?

Here is the exact Ad from Peter Gunny site minus the price:

74 Serie
Price: $$$ include buckle.
Thickness: approx. 3 - 4 mm (2 layer) for tail/long side and +/- 5mm (3 layer) for buckle/short side. PLS NOTED: YOU CAN REQUEST FOR THICKER THICKNESS IF YOU WANT...
Style: Elegant vintaged, raw-cut edges, no distressing, with number "74" just like in catalog, complex color hue, vintage structure for short piece. If you want pointy tip like this you must use longer length than your usual strap, around 10-20mm longer for long piece.
Availability of material: Available.
Waterproof: No.

Thanks! I saw this Gunny 74 strap and a Wontancraft 74 strap side by side and they were pretty close in construction so I let the price difference sell me and the gunny won out. The color works great with any sub as well, it plays well off of the stainless steel or titanium.

As for the strap addiction, if you already have 10, You're already in the well, and as Mike said "it's a DEEP DEEP well", didn't think it would affect me but just ordered 4 yesterday, 1 Mauser and 3 Kodiaks, which makes 11 aftermarket straps but will be 10 after I give the MP with PVD buckle to someone, so in fact 10 for 3 Pams is still in the reasonable level of addiction I would say :bang head: hell who am I trying to fool here
