Need help with an Omega...if anyone here knows... :)

I am trying to buy one and can use some help... :)

It's a beautiful 1950's 14k Solid gold Omega. Seller says case, chain and movement everything is original. Both case and bracelet is solid 14k. I am yet to examine it. He claims it's all original heirloom and has never been restored.

Movement has an omega symbol with 820 written under it. It also says Omega watch swiss, adjusted to 9 positions, 17 jewels. It's a manual wind. Movement seems it needs some cleaning.

I am trying to figure what should be a fair price for it...any help or guidance will be appreciated... :)

I accidently posted it in the Vintage Rolex section, all pics can be found there... :)
