26320 Chronograph doesn't reset to zero?

Hi guys, need some forum advice

Ran my new 1 week old ROC chronograph for around 40mins today (I forgot it was running) and when I stopped and reset the chronograph, the chrono hand jumped to the 55sec mark!

Naturally I panicked and forgot to take pictures - After fiddling about with it a couple of times more, starting and resetting the chrono 3 times it finally reset to zero.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Called AP service center and they mentioned it may be due to the oils in the chrono not distributed evenly. I'm currently running the chrono again trying to recreate the problem.

Any advice would be great.

I would keep running it until you can reproduce the issue. Then send it in for service under warranty (without resetting the chrono). If you are unable to reproduce it, then you have no problem!

Is the reset pusher fully unscrewed? If not, the Chrono sweep hand does not properly reset.

Happened to me also. Just send it to Clearwater and they'll fix it.

Can confirm. Same thing happened to me because the pusher wasn't fully unscrewed when I went to reset.
