AP 15400 - where to buy in UK?
I'm looking to buy an AP. I understand the shops at Heathrow airport do not offer this tax-free. Where is the best place to get a good discount? How far can ADs go?

Yes it does - it will be in your name and stamped by an AD.
Alternatively there are lots of sellers on here with excellent reputations.
