I would like to see Rolex offer the option to have a Jubilee bracelet on their sports watches. I know this used to be offered on the GMT and I thought it looked great:clap. Does anyone think this option will be offered in the future?

The GMT 1675 or 16710 on a jubilee is required reading but I think those days are over for rolex. Sadly

Don't think its going to happen. From recent trends it would not appear so at least.

However, with Rolex, you never really know...

Bracelet options, and even straps, ought to be a choice owners make IMHO. Take tire/wheel package options on new cars as an example - different choices makes for more satisfied customers.

As long as it fits properly I think the new owner should have the option. Watch heads could be fitted with the customer's choice right at the AD.

I don't know how I'd feel about a jubilee on a Sub but on the GMT I think it's a classic look. Don't think that you'll ever see it come back like that though.

When it comes to switching bracelets around on a GMT model, the key word is, endlinks.Proper fitting endlinks.

Likewise, it would be nice to have a choice (again) of clasps e.g. Glidelock on an Exp II or GMT

That's what I am talking about!! It would look even better on a TT IMHO. I understand having a locking system on a sports watch makes sense, but I really do like the look of the Jubilee better.

I love the jubilee bracelet. It's 1000 times more comfortable than the oyster bracelet but Rolex is really pushing the oyster bracelet hard. Sadly we won't see the jubilee bracelet offered on Rolex sports watch anytime soon.

Honestly i didn't really like the jubilee band on GMT sports watch. Jubilee band looks like it should be on a smaller face watch. Highly doubt they do it again.

I switched my 16710 Pepsi back to the Oyster yesterday. Today, it's back to the jubilee. Love it. Lighter, more comfortable, just a great bracelet for some reason. I too didn't like jubilees at first. The GMT can handle it gracefully since it's a pilot's watch and as such a dressier bracelet like the jubilee isn't out of context and even hearkens back to the bygone days of civilized travel.
