Omega Chronostop Driver back from Service/overhaul
Dear Members,
I would like your views on this Omega Chronostop Driver which has being serviced / overhauled by Omega this watch dates from around 1970 and as you will see it was designed to be worn on the inside of the wrist hence the name Driver. The thinking being that you did not have to take your hand off the steering wheel to see the time !! As ever kind regards Walter |

Not familiar with this model. Interesting concept. And I like the strap. I can't imagine how many dings it picks up throughout the day, though. I would be too self conscience about smacking it on something to enjoy wearing it. Thanks for posting and sharing such a unique piece from the brand.

My uncle had one of these in the late seventies. He was an amateur racer and used it daily, and on the track. I didn't appreciate it back then, but wish I could go back to those times and really enjoy checking out his watch.
Omega did a really fantastic job on the watch. Looks sharp, Walter |

Great concept, never seen anything like it before. I like the whole package, design as well as the strap.
