I have three watches, where do I go from here?
Hello Everybody!
Im wondering where to go from here? One of my favorite watches is the subC. I can't really explain why I haven't gotten one already but Im about to act on that. Unfortunately I don't have the cash for two, so I have to decide on one. black subC or the green one? If you had these watches, which would you get? Does the black subC get lost in the crowd? Is it redundant to get it now that I have the Pelagos? Just curious about everybody's take. |

Go try both on and see which one speaks to you more, don't switch it up just to switch it up.

I wear the "hulk" - green subC and my father wears the black subC. They are both beautiful and IMO the green in fact is just as versatile as the black. Doesn't get much better than that green sunburst dial ;) lets just say my father asks to wear my hulk more often than I wear his haha
Plus, since you have the pelagos (which is such a cool and good looking watch) I think the green would really compliment your collection of mostly modest colors at the moment. goodluck & either way you really can't go wrong! |

You are 3-for-3 on black dials...so I would go for the Hulk, or white EXP II

How about a thin gold watch to complement your collection?

Sub c and don't stop at three. It's an odd number.

What about a blue or white dial DJ2? Still large watches, and will give you some diversity and a dressier watch.

Go for a Day Date in Silver. Good dress and matches all.

LVc for sure. SubC would be redundant with the Pelagos (not even mentioning the black 216570).

Based on your current collection, I would definitely pick the green Sub-C to add some diversity. It's a stunning watch in person and really different in a good way.

I'd go out on a limb and say sell all 3 and pick up a Sub C and White Explorer.

how about a 16610LV, best of both worlds, green & black.
If it is between the SubC and SubC LV, I say SubC. Scott

Based on what you have the sub LV would be the way to go to have something different.

Looks like you need to add some color. I would go with the Hulk!

On another thread I wrote after two black I would go for a different dial so after 3 I def would not get another black if there was another coloured watch I liked, so def Hulk. If you really prefer the classic black subc then trade the black for a white Explorer.

I would go for a GMT. Either the black (with green text and 24 hr hand) or blue/black model would add a new colour variation to your collection
And less of a duplication with the Exp II, than a Sub C would be with the Pelagos Then you'll have 'land, sea and air' covered, plus the PAM for a nice change of pace Great collection by the way!
