I purchased a Rolex Datejust 116234 from Jacek/ HQ Milton and he went the extra mile. Keep in mind that I am very particular and my expectations are very high.

Well I found the watch I wanted, but was concerned about scratches on the watch posted and he generously offered to lightly polish it out. Also after I sent a bank wire payment, I realized it was missing a few links (was listed) and he provided additional ones even after the deal was made.

We also discussed shipping the watch, fortunately a business meeting came up in San Francisco and I requested to pick it up in person. I arrived at the store (opened it early for me) and Jacek was extremely patient and helpful. The watch was as described and he did a great job of having it cleaned up for me with extra links. He even shared their huge selection of vintage Rolex pieces.

All in all, this was a very smooth and enjoyable experience! Thank you Jacek for the fantastic watch and the stellar experience! Hope to conduct more transactions with you!
