Probably the only way to have it returned to Rolex for a replacement. But I suspect they will want to do a full service as well.

An early Rolex or Tudor bezel insert is pretty easy to replace yourself. The problem is getting your hands on one.
Depending on where you live, Tudor just isn't around much and there are no outlets that sell Tudor parts. It's possible that an Authorized Dealer could order the part for you, but I suspect that, like Rolex, they don't sell parts to individuals. Try a Rolex Dealer with a watchmaker on staff.. He may replace it for you or be able to order the part. It also looks like the bezel itself needs to be cleaned up or replaced.
