Squeak...squeak.....

What is up with the squeaky bracelet.....especially in the clasp. I've had my LV for exactly a month now and figured it would have worked itself out by now. It's not really that annoying, but has anyone else experienced this, or am I just nuts..........

Normal. Rolex bracelets can and will make noise.

When you get used to the luxury of the new bracelet and clasp you are going to be shocked everytime when you look at the old clasp. The same thing happened to me when i went to an AD here in greece and checked out some models with the old bracelets and clasps

I have found the same to be true. A buddy came over form the UK last week and brough a few of his watches. One a Plat DD that is just wonderful. The other a pepsi GMT. He had purchased a SS Daytona bracelet for it and what a difference it made.

My GMT IIc may have shinny center links but it is quiet as a church mouse.

I have noticed that, too, on the Sub Dates and SD's I have had. Still, I'd tend to like the old-style bracelets better than the new ones, at least the Oyster ones. The old Oyster bracelet are very sturdy and did seldomly stretch as the old Jubilee bracelets did. The updated Jubilee bracelet was a NECESSARY update that solved the stretching issues, and I love the new Jubilee bracet since it is still kept fairly simple in design, not having an as complicated clasp as the new Oyster bracelets have.

I do get a clicking sound when I shake my watch.....and I know it's from the pin sleeve inside the SEL.....but never had a squeak.

I think some of us and confusing a squeek, with a rattle.

My old Submariner had a good amount of rattle to it, when I would shake my wrist.

The new bracelet on my Milgauss has zero rattles to it, but it's a squeeker for sure. :)

Just the opposite of the guy who thought the bracelet was too "flimsy". Sturdy and squeaky or loose and flimsy. Again, opinions are like...everyone has one.
