So I'm heading down to LA next week - Clubs/Lounges?

I know this is a long shot but...

I'm hopping into a rental car and making the drive to Los Angeles late next week from Th-Sun (my IS can't take the monthly visit anymore). Do any members have hookups on clubs/lounges in LA? Preferably around the ktown area, but not a dealbreaker. I deal with a clubbing company in the bay area, but LA is pretty fresh to me.

Scott,

Rats I'm going to miss you! I will not be there until the 8th. Your clubbing company... do they club baby seals?

Haha, there are plenty of clubs in Los Angeles - it just depends on what you're looking for. If you want something with loud rap music - Area is pretty popular, actually - that's the bulk of dance clubs in L.A. If you're just looking for a lounge - the BH Hotel was a great suggestion. If you're just looking for a cool place to hang out and have a beer - Yardhouse always works - definitely not upscale though.

I think I'll just hit up the usual Prive (or whatever it's now called), and then go from there. I miss the old Century.

Try the Rainbow Bar & Grill right next to the Roxy on .....? in West Hollywood, lots of strange characters in there, and usually great eye candy......
be careful in LA!
best, dan
