Is it really that good for breakfast? I can't imagine drinking anything containing alcohol for breakfast.

My tropical fruit salad with fresh berries and Yoghurt and coffee on the side did more for me..... but after a big night that looks like a heart starter.

In the days when I drank and for a period of a few months when I was staying in Chicago, there was a nice restaurant/lounge downstairs in the motel where I was and on weekends I started each morning with a Denver omelet with cheese and tomato and a glass of scotch and milk.

Now, in those days, that was my personal breakfast of champions, but these days it's a breakfast burrito and a glass of iced tea.

Scotch and milk?????

That is the best reason I have ever heard for quitting drinking.

All I ask is that you try it.

You will not believe how good it is.

It is absolutely delicious.

I guarantee it.

Use a blended scotch, if you like.

It must be more common than we think. There's a movie.

IMO, the Ramos fizz is the best morning drink ever. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's day are 'usually' the only 3 times a year I drink them. They are the best.

Fresh fruits, warm biscuits, soft butter, warm honey and powdered sugar with a cool misty morning sounds good to me.

One part Scotch and three parts of milk?
I'll try that some day.

To rid himself of a cold my father used to drink whiskey and hot milk. I'm not sure how good it was for relieving his cold but it strangely didn't seem to bother him after a while.
