It's a Rolex precision from the 1950's/1960's. The case is either 9,14 or 18kt. Most likely going to be 14kt, I can't see your seconds hand, I don't know if it's because it was moving or missing, but if the watch isn't working, it will take just as much money in repair as its worth pretty much. But it's a nice men's dress watch. It's not an oyster case which detracts from the collectibility of it. They sell for around $1000-1500 working, If yours is in good original condition, with no dial spotting. The dials on these used to spot occasionally in storage because they aren't as sealed because they lack a screw down crown. I keep looking at the pic and I think I can see a blur of a seconds hand.
