Help with eBay scam: eBay is siding with seller
I'm having problem with the seller, he doesn't want to refund me the money and eBay wants further proof that the crystal and the packaging are fake.
The problem is that I returned the crystal to the seller because he said he was going to refund me the money. Now, he of course, changed his tune. He even accused me of switching crystals to keep a "rare original" eBay is going to side with him if I can't provide documentation like an affidavit or something that states that the item is FAKE. In the end I'll lose the money and end up without crystal. I provided ebay with several pictures of authentic Rolex glassine bags and compared them with the one he sent me, compared the fonts used and the lack of the SWISS MADE print etc. I don't know what else to do. here is the original thread: http://www.rolexforums.com/showthrea...64#post4698864 |

here you go.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/171096753929...84.m1439.l2648 Also on the VRF these packaging type has been deemed FAKE and strangely enough coming out of California, same state where the eBay seller is based. what I think is that he's selling aftermarket stuff repacked to bump the price higher. |

I would submit a paypal complaint and with your CC. If you used AMEX they will freeze the funds immediately

[QUOTE=Max72;4698867] He even accused me of switching crystals to keep a "rare original"
That makes it sound as though the seller and the buyer agree that what was returned to the Seller was a fake. That being the case, what Ebay is asking you to prove is that you returned what you received. |

There is no point on posting multiple threads of the same subject..
