I would recommend the German Watchmaker in Yaletown. Norbert my go to person for watches and his rates are reasonable.

brinkhaus in west georgia. it may cost around 10 - 20% more but you get 2 years on all parts and labour, fedex shipping to and from rsc back to your residence and there's a watchmaker on-site who's rolex, AP and PP certified.

if you prefer the indy route, i've used time & gold for the odd adjustment and omega restorations with no issues.
