first rolex airking

so many choices, but this is what I decided on. I don t have large wrists and thought the larger models would be just too bulky for me. After wearing the same Movado for 20 years I found it hard to switch. Bought it new from a in store dealer. Some savings too.

Love the Air King. The smaller size prevents me from getting one (curse my fat wrists), but I love them all the same. My favorite style is the one you have, with the 3, 6, and 9 markers. Enjoy!

Love that dial!

Looks great on you...the silver dial you chose is my second favorite option!

Great looking watch; well done but not over cooked. Congratulations. First post as well for you; congratulations on that too. I'd love to see a close-up of the dial.

Great watch with an interesting history. I was looking at it as my first as well, love a white or silver dialed watch like that. Enjoy!

The more I see these the more I like them. Something about the simplicity of them. Simple, effective, and they look great.

Nice. How come it don't look like 34mm to me.

well I have small hands/wrist... ??

I also like the plain simple look about the watch. Not overstated, but appears well built and not cheap looking. I think my color combo looks sporty and not too dressy. although it can do dressy too, LOL. It s a daily watch for me so no gold or jewels as I am a blue jean type of guy. thanks for the kind reply s.

The AK is very well made. Same movement you get in a Submariner so it can't be anything but stellar.

Well-found!!

great watch but underrated due to small 34mm size, had one myself few years back as an everyday watch then i had oyster perpetual 36mm 116000 which was better in size.
