Is this watch readily available at the Boutiques or is there a waiting list?

No it isn't readily available and tough to get at Boutiques. I got lucky and got one at Miami Btq. DavidSW has a LNIB I series available though in sales section here and he is as solid as it gets. It is a great watch so hope you get one! Cheers,
