Thinking of flipping my 116713 for a 116710 BLNR.....
I know I'm crazy. Had a BLNR flipped it for the 116713. Now thinking of flipping back! Money aside....am I crazy?

Don't think so. Had to test the waters, now you know.

Gotta go with what sings to you regardless of the $$. Personally, I would not let go of a 116713.

Sometimes you need to own a watch and wear it daily for a while to find out it's not for you. Don't regret it, as you wouldn't know it if you hadn't done it, and could otherwise spend a long time wanting something that you ultimately wouldn't like.
Life is too short. Flip back, get the one you like the most and be done with it. |

I've been contemplating one or the other. Price is close to the same. Makes it a tough choice.
Why are you thinking of switching back? |

Recently bought a 116613 new from my AD having thought long and hard about the 116710. Two months later I decided that two-tone just isn't for me, and flipped it for the 116710. No regrets. I love the 116710, but it looks like only a few months in I shall be flipping for the new SD. Still No Regrets.

Better to stay off TRF for at least a week! This place will drive you crazy!

Mentally, I could just never flip back to a watch I had just flipped from. Too many others out there and you flipped it once for a reason....

I prefer the BLNR, the big gold numbers don't flow so well into an ss case so either YG or SS GMTC for me.

Flip back to the BLNR... two-color bezel insert is part of the GMT's DNA and helped make it iconic... Look what a hoopla surrounds return of the BLRO.

They can have my BLNR when they pry it off of my cold, dead wrist.
Or, when it's out of rotation.

Not crazy to go back to the BLNR. Perhaps nuts to have ever flipped it.
Hell, I thought mine was expensive....until the BLRO (PepC) came out. That really changed my perspective on my BLNR. Now I think of it as affordable. LOL!!!! Ain't comin' off anytime soon. |
