Heroes Sylar Watch

I would love if someone could take a rough shape black Rolex dial and refinish it to replicate the "Sylar" dial from the NBC series Heroes. I know, I know. But, I think it would be really neat to have it on my 1601. I rarely wear it but wanted a 1601 for my collection. The Sylar dial would, of course, not be for resale. Just personally want it in my collection. If you know anyone or have the skills to make this job a reality, please reply.
