14060M Back from Dallas RSC

I just made a regular service, it's been several years. Looking sharp. I love their work.

Hi Clay - do you have the option of keeping your original tritium dial and bezel pearl when servicing with RSC?

thanks,
Mark

I like to keep my watches original and unpolished…So I no longer send any of my watches to Rolex…That way I am assured of getting done only what I want and not what Rolex decides I should have done...

It only took 3 weeks after they received it. This was great cause they originally quoted me 5 weeks.

You can still keep your watches original and unpolished when sending to rsc. You have complete control of you watch. Just tell them what you want, if that's just a movement service that's what they'll do

I know if you have aftermarket non rolex parts on your watch they make you replace them with right ones, but they would not be a issue with your original watches.

Me too. Maybe it's because I've had the benefit of walking in to the Dallas RSC, but theyVe been very good about following my explicit instructions regarding case and bracelet refinishing when I've had routine maintenance done.

Man, I love these back from service pictures, almost more than pictures of brand new watches. I love seeing watches that have been worn by their owner, then come back looking new and fresh

It's been true in my experience. I think they've come to respect originality more in recent years. Only once did I tell them not to polish a watch, and they complied.
