Trade a 116613lb for a 116618lb

I currently own a TT SubC w a Flat Blue dial. I recently tried on the YG version.

Would you trade the TT sub for the YG version (plus cash of course)? Or would keeping both make more since? For those of you with a YG Sub, how often do you wear it? I'll admit that I wear my YG GMT a lot around the house or going to dinner, but not much during a typical day.

Mine's in a rotation. Gets worn in all circumstamces, except for extreme damage sitches.
I sold the TT after buying the YG, it just didn't get a look in any more!

Go for the YG. I wouldn't keep both when I have a YG version.

If your TT is a good daily wearer and you already have a full gold GMT, perhaps you have the ideal pair already?

But if it came down to it I would take a full gold over a TT every time

As an aside, I much prefer the flat blue to the sunburst

Does the full gold now have the newer blue sunray dial or are they flat blue?

Rolex started releasing the new sunburst dial late last year on the TT, and YG. There are still a lot of brand new unsold flat or "smurf" dials out there, so you can buy either. On the WG, it is only available in the smurf.

I prefer the smurf dial. It always matches the bezel in any lighting condition.

Well, a TT Sub and YG GMT make an awfully good pair.

That said, a YG Sub and YG GMT would be amazing...I say yes. I would go for the sunray personally.

As you have the GMTc YG then consider if you keep the TT you can also buy another Rolex, maybe a Daytona or DJ2, but if 3 watches doesn't appeal then get the YG Subc.

Would get the YG, once you put that bad boy on SS and TT will be a thing of the past!!

If I had the YG GMT would just get rid of the TT and wear it daily the YG sub may be overkill

I'm a poor one to ask since my WG problem started last month. Go for it. Until you have one, you don't understand. YG even more so as I can't swing wearing it but would love to.

I would prefer the solid metal vs the TT, all SS or all Gold, but only if you see yourself wearing it.

Question i have is why do you think you will wear it less?
The metal can take it, do you think it is too flashy or is there a concern re the overall cost for a daily wear? Ie if you think it is too flashy, imho, a white gold version would be a great option.
