AR coating
Hi guys!
panerai.com states that the sapphire crystal has anti-reflective coating. Is the crystal coated on both sides or only on the inner side? ![]() |

Inner side only. Avoids it wearing off.

do companys like breitling coat the outter and inner sides? which is why you get that blueish tint when the crystal hits the sunlight? bc on panerai's you dont get the blueish tint on the crystal

Yes, Breitling's have both sides of the crystal coated with AR. At certain angles makes the crystal disappear and allows you to see the dial clearly.
Omega's PO line has both sides of crystal with AR, the rest just the inside.
