Gold Rolex and your casual wear

My favorite gold is the smurf and the YG Gmt. Would like to wear on a daily basis. Would like to hear your thoughts. Also can you guys share your pics, with your gold rolex with your wear either formal or casual. Will help me decide which one I like better. Thx.

Go for the gold, and you will never look back. No problem to wear daily with anything from shorts & t shirts, to Tommy Bahama type shirts & jeans, to suits.

The Smurf works great with jeans, shorts, polos, casual wear, etc. IMO, it is the perfect watch.

That's the beauty about a Rolex it goes with every attire you can't go wrong.
The only problem if you want to call it that, is which one to wear today :)

I have both and have no problem wearing either with a t-shirt and jeans. I also wear shorts regularly. Buy your preference and enjoy

I wear my YG sub in rotation. It's a daily for that period, with only one restriction. Only take it off if I am dealing with tradespeople from whom I am soliciting quotes from........ One's success seems directly proportionate to the fees one is charged......

Sounds like a good plan, I do a similar thing.

I, sometime, envy guys who live in big cities like NYC, Chicago, LA, Miami because they can pull off daily YG without drawing much attention like us small-towners.

Are you serious???

As a contractor I would take my YG watch off before I quote you ... just in case you try to stiff me.

I guess people may judge others and seek to take advantage of someone on the basis that gold is a sign of wealth.
However it would not be honest to charge someone more because they are more financially well heeled.
This doesn't just apply to gold watches. It applies to all signs of wealth; cars, jewellery, occupation, etc.

It is a form of discrimination that is wrong.

Only you can decide which you like better as both are so different. Taste clearly is subjective so go try both on and I am sure one will sing to you more! Both are great watches though and make for great daily wearers for what it is worth.

I do believe an engineer is more entitled to charge based on expertise and ability than a plumber. Nothing against plumbers, mind you. Engineers, however.......

That is precisely why WG was invented...you never have to take it off:)
