44 steel novelty for a carbon diver ?
It's on the table from a dealer. Would ya ? My initial thought was ......."heck no". But admittedly, I'm thinking about it. Love the way it wears. Thanks as always for the input.

I'd rather have a FC Diver than SS 44...but I'm not sure I'd do that swap $ wise.

Tough call giving up 44mm--why not get the FC 44mm or better yet ceramic?

Is it used for BNIB? I don't think I would do that trade anyway.

See,
I personally would never because first off, I love the novelty, second, carbon does not wear well over time. as it gets scratched an can even lose chunks of material if hit hard enough.. As far as I know, AP cannot refinish carbon. Which is why they are working it out and bringing ceramic in. that's just my 2 cents. I know you get tired of the same thing and always look for a change up, but I think you will regret it down the road. If you really want the diver, then keep the novelty and buy the diver if you're able. win win. keep what you have and when the time is right, add to your collection. |

I would keep the 44mm in SS and pick up a FC diver or I would get the SS diver and pick up the 44mm in FC.
If I could only keep one it would be the FC diver...even over my platinum 44mm. |
