Dust/scratch on my dial?
I know my SMP 300m like the back of my hand and I just noticed a straight white mark on the dial between the 1 o'clock and 2 o'clock markers. I can't tell if it's dust or a scratch, but it is definitely on the dial. It wasn't there yesterday. Any ideas on what it is or how it got there?

I think you can rule out that it's under the crystal, unless you've had it serviced recently. Looks like a small scratch unfortunately. Try running your fingernail over it very easy and see if it catches.

Upon further examination, I can tell it's on the dial. Some sort of "dust". Difficult to capture in a photo, though. The case has never been opened so I'm not sure how it got there. I can live with, but I may still have the watch sent in since it's under warranty and I would like to make sure everything is ok. It's odd that debris would randomly appear. I was curious if others had similar experiences and what the outcome was.
