What Watch for a Cinco de Mayo Party?

So there's a party next door for Cinco de Mayo which will have live music, Mexican food, plenty of libations, and people. The question is what watch is best for a Cinco de Mayo party? I'm leaning towards the Explorer II but was wondering what others would do? Do you think it's safe to wear a good watch to a Mexican Festival party?

My nicer watches include:

1) newish OP no date:

2) Sub no date (with standard or replacement insert on Nato):

3) Explorer II:

4) GMT Pepsi:

5) Omega SMP Bond:

I would go with either option: #2 or #4, but #2 as pictured kinda projects a Cinco de Mayo vibe.

Depending on how much libations are present and how libating you'll be doing, I wouldn't wear anything but a G-Shock or iPhone.
But any of those will do, match one with your socks or something.

Probably not a popular answer but I'd go with the Bond Omega for this particular event.

The best choice, naturalmente, would be a REF. 116000 CLUB TIJUANA. Club Tijuana Xoloitzcuintles de Caliente, aka Los Perros Aztecas (The Aztec Dogs), represents Tijuana in the Mexican football (soccer, to gringos) league. In 2011, 69 Aztec Dog Rolex Ref. 116000 watches were produced for team members in celebration of their promotion to the Primera Division Mexicana of Liga Bancomer MX. The following year, Xolos won the Liga championship. Your fellow Cinco de Mayo partiers won't know what hit them when they see this... like having too many margaritas.

Maybe in your neck of the woods, a Cinco de Mayo party might be a safe place to wear a nice watch.

In my neck of the woods, I wouldn't even bother with a G-Shock.

How important can the time be? The bartender will announce last call, anyway.

I don't ever give this much thought to which watch to wear. Which 1 do you like best?

Is it too late to get a green/white/red NATO shipped over night?

Put it on the sub.

I see what you did there :p always a good reason to give some really nice shots of your collection. Not exactly sure what party this is, but a quick check on google brought me up to speed.

The nice customized red bezel sub no date looks like a fun piece to bring to the party! On safety, I guess if it never leaves your wrist, should be ok? Most people may not notice it anyways. Have fun!
