Well, do you actually want it? If it was the white or the GV I would say buy it no matter what. With the black one, you'll only make a couple hundred bucks. But that is the worst case scenario isn't it. I mean, you make a couple hundred bucks.

For me, I would only buy it if you want it to keep.

I don't like the white or the GV really, the black resale isn't much different than the white, I'm not worried about it either way, if I sell it used I'll at least get my money back, and if I resell it new, I can make dough. Right now I'm leaning towards keeping it. It's got a classic retro look I like

I think I might donate it to my country club's charity auction, should get some interest and I can help raise some funds for the soldiers coming home

YOu can't go wrong with that price. The Milgauss is my favorite Rolex watch of all time and I would be happy to give you a few dollars to make the purchase worth your while if you decided to go down that route.

Definitely go for it 100%

Had our annual Boston Childrens Hospital auction last night at my local CC, i donated the watch and it created quite a buz, it ended up going for $7,950. The man who bought it was a VP Fidelity, nice guy. We talked for about an hour about watches and about diving. He's a big Cayman Islands guy.

I told him about TRF, he said he'd check us out and maybe join in, he has 3 other rolex' including a vintage DD Prez.

black milgauss is at the top of my list, I never saw one in person, but would consider flipping my SS DJ for it if it were at msrp
