Daytona

I'm interested in this watch. The seller has amazing feedback and he states that he changed the band becasue he did not like the PCL.

I just wanted to ask here if there are any concerns mainly on the polishing.

Thank you!

If he just brushed the centre links they can be returned to high polish, no problem

He put on a different band. I'm a bit concerned that the watch has been over polished. The bezel looks a bit worn down.

Is it true that the old Zenith movements are better than the newer Rolex movements? I did not realize that. Because it seems really pricey; you could buy a new one for a little bit more on this site.

Clasp is over polished, bezel need repainting there are better examples. Pass on this one.

I think you're right. I know I would have to purchase a new Daytona band and I would either refinish or replace the bezel. I was hoping I could talk him down and get it for cheap, considering I'd have to sink money into it. But for a few grand more I could just buy one and not have to do anything but wear it.
