It hasn't been the same since Bill Watterston stopped writing Calvin & Hobbes.

As far as I know, I have enough of his books that I have every strip he wrote. There are books I don't have, but only because they are comilations of what I already have. I'm also a huge Garfield fan. I need to catch up, but I have books #1-38 or so. There have been a few more, but I haven't bought any in awhile. |

![]() +1 Funny that the people who most resemble the particular character in the comic never see themselves in that role.

I used to get a great kick out of Bloom County. Outland wasn't as good an iteration, IMHO, but Opus is fun. I miss the Peanuts being "fresh", too. Still love Garfeld!

<3 I used to buy every Garfield comic book I could find. Love it. Calvin and Hobbes was great too. Hooray for comics at the back of my newspaper every day. It's a nice way to finish reading the whole thing.
You know what comic I really don't like? Doonesbury. I don't find it funny. I actually think it's quite boring, and not funny at all! Lol, does anyone know what this is? I think different papers have different comics.. |
