I know there has been a lot of discussion about a GTG and I keep checking the forum to see if there's a meetup. So I'm going to be bold and take the lead on this even though I'm out in the IE.

Saturday, Sept 6 @ 1130 (to ~1400-ish)

Karl Strauss Brewing Company Restaurant, Costa Mesa

901 S Coast Dr
Costa Mesa, CA 92626

It's a block away from South Coast Plaza in a small shopping center next to a Nordstrom Rack, Barnes and Noble, among other stores. Ample covered parking in the parking 'structure'.

The restaurant opens at 1130 and I figure 2+ hours to do introductions, converse, and eat and/or drink will suffice.

I'm hoping this will turn into a casual monthly GTG to meet, connect, and converse with other watch enthusiasts, and this will definitely be one topic of discussion for this GTG (e.g. once a month, once every two months, alternating days Sat vs Sun, weeknights, alternating locations each GTG, connecting with watch boutiques, etc).

Go ahead and post on this thread and/or PM me directly to RSVP just so we know who to expect. I'll use the 2nd post on this thread as the RSVP list.

Oh, this is weird. I didn't realize this forum is setup to not allow edits of posts, so that renders the 2nd post of the thread irrelevant for an RSVP list.
