Calibre 3135 Question

Hi there. I am new to this forum and I hope somebody could help answer some questions I've got about the 3135. Thanks in advance.

Ok I've got the Sea Dweller Deep Sea and more recently the two toned Submariner (116613LN). I understand that they share the same movement being the 3135. But the feel I get from winding the 2 watches is so different.
The DSSD feels much smoother to wind than the Sub. Also, when I wind the sub close to about 40 rotations, I can feel the crown becoming tighter to wind but not on the DSSD?

Another thing that's bugging me is that when I adjust the time on the sub, the hour hand moves corresponding to the minute hand ( back and forth )when I'm fine adjusting (minute movements) the minute hand. Like when I try to adjust it to precisely 1800hrs from 1759hrs, the hour hand moves when I adjust the minute hand to be exactly at the 12 o'clock position. On my DSSD, the hour hand doesn't move when I make 1-2 minute adjustments to the minute hand.

The sub is just less than a year old and I do not wear it a whole lot. Could it be that the mechanism needs some breaking into or something? How could both watches that share the same movement and feel and behave so different? Is that normal? Or is it something I should not be worried about?

Thank you very much for taking the time to read this. Do pardon me if I'd used some wrong terms as I'm not very good with this. I also apologize if my description isn't clear enough. Any reply would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you and have a good day.

First off, welcome to TRF!

Yes, the fact that you wear one watch more than the other could account for a different "fee", or it could just be the natural varations between two different mechanical devices.

As long as they are both running and keeping good time I don't think you have anything to worry about, but there's nothing wrong with stopping by the place you got the sub and asking them to check it out, especially since it is still under warranty...
