Particle under crystal 3 weeks into ownership

Hi all,

So I bought my Sub BNIB from a TRF trusted seller, have worn it about 3 weeks, and today just noticed something that wasn't under the crystal is now there. Is it normal for things to get under the crystal from wearing, or does this imply the watch is not air-tight and could be damaged if submerged under water? Does this deserve sending to RSC to get warranty work done?

Thanks

Probably just something that was hidden somewhere and dislodged. Send it in for service under warranty.

It happens...also had a speck on my dial that I noticed after a year of ownership. NYC RSC took care of it under warranty. Good luck!

Dust particles could be hidden stuck on the underside of a hand, or anywhere else for that matter, and then move somewhere more obvious later on. It can happen & RSC will fix it with no questions asked. If you're fortunate enough to live near and RSC then you can bring it in & they'll do it while you wait, free of charge.

Was it described to you as new or previously serviced?

He stated it was BNIB. Regardless, it's beyond a seller's power to control as long as the watch hasn't been opened.

Make sure the watch is pressure tested after the service.
