All the time, no big deal as long as it's been pressure tested within the past year or so

Yep. I use facial wash to clean it. Soap free to minimize buildup

At least you would know what time they went out in an additional time zone. That is if the gmt could handle it.

All the time. It's a perfect chance for the watch to have a splash clean after riding my wrist all day!!

Pretty risky, but if your shower is in a different time zone keeping the GMT on in there is a risk you'll have to take...

Because the water can wash away at least one time zone.

I shower with my Datejust on when I'm on vacation. Just got back from a cruise my Rolex was on my wrist 24/7 a GMT would be just fine.

Once a week to keep it clean.

Just try not to have the water heat cranked :)

Sure. Water won't bother it. I do try to avoid soap and shampoo buildup.

Nope, my skin doesn't like moisture trapped behind a watch so it requires removal and drying afterwards so by habit I remove mine before I shower and it makes washing my wrist more effective. Do what works for you. I assure you it's not because I fear for the watch.

No sh!t. In fact, I think people just make this stuff up. I suppose asking if you can dive with a Sub is a little to obvious.
