I think this guy sells some pretty nice watches. He is meticulous in making sure they are serviced and look really good before listing them. He has great feedback and, I believe, his prices are pretty reasonable. He is listed in my favorites.

X2. Plus on eBay you have Brian Bell, I think he is Bell8769. He deals in Authentic Rolexes purchased from over seas AD's.

Also, preownedrolex.com

I got my YG President from http://www.demesy.comvia ebay and is is ALL REAL and the purchase was awesome- like I was in their store in person.
Joe Demesy is a real ROLEX icon- look him up as he has authored several books.

As a general proposition, I wouldn't deal with anyone in the Phillipines. They are generally not know for being the most upright and reliable sellers.

They have got good feedback to be honest, but it can always be a hassle getting these things into the UK, i would use it but only if i could not find the same thing in the UK (even if it is slightly more expensive) you then have peace of mind

Thank you for your honest and forthright response.

Would you mind elaborating?
(by PM if you prefer!)

This is a high value item, and I'm considering going over in person to collect if need be...

Whenever you deal out of your home country, you add a huge layer of risk onto the transaction (ie in case you get scammed, your options are limited)

I have bought two Rolex from Ebay sellers but not 'on' Ebay.

Daniel Szeto at 'shop at newbury' and Kris Gebhart at 'Z art of time'. Both transactions were good experiences. One Rolex was used and one was BNIB.

I have a friend who is a missionary there. The first Christmas she was there she sent out a dozen gifts to friends in the states. Conversely, about a dozen gifts as well were sent to her. All by post. She received nothing. They received nothing. When the air base was open there, it was common knowledge that if it wasn't nailed down, it was gone.

Bought my watch from Gray and Sons in Florida and everything was great. They weren't the cheapest, but I wasn't looking for "cheap", I was looking for legit and I got everything just as they said it would be.

I have bought from Brian Bell two times and highly recommend him. Problem now is he has not had much inventory for the past few months.

I've wondered what is going on with his stock as well. Because I spoke to him 3 months ago about an Explorer II. He mentioned that he had purchased 100 Rolexes to beat the price increase. He also mentioned that he was building a house. So maybe he is just to busy to list his new stuff

I just wanted to say that Cayce ("vandy" on these boards) from www.preownedrolex.com is a top notch seller that I would recommend. I ordered a watch on Friday afternoon that arrived this morning in better-than-described condition for a great price.

Hi everyone,

I'm compiling a list of reputable sellers in my bid to find either a GMTII or ExpII. Does Brian Bell have a site?
