No, that's not a NATO strap.

There is now a black NATO strap exactly like the brown one that comes with the 45th Anniversary Apollo 11 moon watch, except it's in black.

I see, thanks. I've read that these new style presentation boxes have increased the price of the watch by a few hundreds... that comes out as one expensive nato...

If you want to talk expensive NATO, check out the Blancpain NATO strap for the Bathyscaphe: $260 for the strap and $450 for the hardware for the strap.
