A collector's item, this Heuer Autavia "Jo Siffert" dial is the "Paul Newman" of Autavias.

Rare,mint and highly desirable this beautiful bullhead case in stainless steel houses the fabled Caliber 11 fitted on the most important chronographs of the era.

White dial in original,untouched mint conditions. All the tritium plots are yellow cream in patina and solid and puffy with no flaking. Hands patina matches beautifully the indexes. The cream background shows no aging and no spotting.

-The original black bezel insert is in pristine conditions.

-The case is 42mm and has no dents or dings, just gentle wear marks. The satin finish polish is still clearly visible. This watch was never detailed or polished.

-The bracelet is very peculiar as it's an original "beads of rice" Gay Freres production for Heuer. It could fit up to an 8 inch wrist with no problem. Has moderate stretch.

-Movement is clean and running well,recently serviced by original owner. Manual wind.

-Acrylic crystal, original to the watch and in pristine condition.

-Features a chronograph and a date function.

Serial between lugs is 225xxx
Bracelet date stamp is 3/71.
