reasons why we love Rolex….. vintage… even more
Dear All…
I have an experience to share. Last mont, I was in Bali, when I was about to jump into the sea, I took out my Rolex Subs. My friend (who is almost 15 years younger) asked me, "why did you take out your Subs?" He knew it was a subs. I answered, because it is vintage, and 41 years old. (it is my birth year 1680 Subs). He said, well, Subs is Subs.. Maybe Rolex is not that robust after 40 years anyway….. His statement was so irritating and disturb my ego. After a quick thought, I said, ah, I am going to prove him wrong. Rolex, specially subs, are strong and built to last. I put my subs back on my wrist and confidently jump in to the sea and did some snorkeling. After a little over 30 minutes, I went back to the shore. Check out my subs. No problem at all. After a few days, no problem…. just as good, as reliable as always. I am happy, and even more confident about my Subs…. I know, I am a bit crazy, but my craziness paid well. Please share your experience gents… Cheers, |
