Up for sale is a Rolex Explorer ref. 1016 1.2M serial with an absolutely stunning tropical dial perfect for any vintage collection.

Details:

Dial/hands: Original gilt dial has turned into a gorgeous light brown tropical color. The dial looks different under different lighting and is absolutely striking to look at. Patina on the lume is a beautiful creamy color and even throughout. Orignal hands perfectly match the patina on the dial, minute hand is missing lume.
Case/Crystal: Case is robust and has light scratches from normal use. Crystal is in excellent condition.
Bracelet/Strap: The watch comes fitted with a new leather strap.
Additional: The watch runs but service history is unknown
