Replacing the face
Just got back from tourneau. Tried on the new AK, the funky blue face, with orange numbers. I commented that i was worried that it may not be a timeless classic and might go out of fashion. She said that Rolex would change the face in the future if i wanted, only if it was a white bezel and not a SS Does this sound right to anyone?? Weird Huh?

When I bought my dj it had a rhodium roman and I wanted the white roman. The white to me gives you a sharper look. It was not any trouble to get it changed on my watch. The only draw back is that the papers show a rhodium roman. Who knows, I may have it changed back to the rhodium when I have to send it in for service.

I can't see Rolex doing that but a private shop would.
